Premium Cuts

Premium Cuts are a style of jerky that is strips of steak that have been seasoned and smoked to create a wonderful taste and texture. Premium Cuts come in four flavors.

Regular - a smoky mild flavor.

Honey Glazed - coated with a honey glaze to give it a smoky sweet taste.

Hawaiian Teriyaki - a tangy blend of flavors that give it a teriyaki flavor with a hint of pineapple and citrus.

Chili Pepper - spiced and cooked to the tastes of people who like very spicy, very hot food.

Traditional Style

Traditional style beef jerky that is seasoned and cooked to enhance the natural flavor of the beef with some specific highlights. Ripple Slab Jerky comes in four flavors.

Original - a mild smoky flavor that anyone can enjoy.

Peppered - a rich peppercorn taste with heat that builds with every bite.

Teriyaki - a sweet and spicy flavor but with no heat.

Red Hot - a spicy and hot flavor for those who love the heat.
